In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 177sp website accessible at https://177sp.io, including all subpages, services, casino games, sports betting markets, promotional tools, and account management features offered therein.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 177sp platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration and verification on the 177sp platform.
• "Balance" means the total BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits, withdrawable winnings, and any applicable bonus funds.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before it, or winnings derived from it, may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Real Money Funds" means BDT amounts deposited directly by the Player via a supported payment method, and winnings that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that 177sp is required to conduct before processing a Player's first withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms is legally restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.

Access to and use of the 177sp platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Use of the 177sp platform by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and artificial persons are not eligible to hold a Player Account.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 177sp is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or close family member of an employee of 177sp or any of its affiliated entities. Such persons are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in promotional offers.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from the 177sp platform or been permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from participating in online gaming activities.

177sp reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility from any Player at any time, including but not limited to a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of the Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full range of 177sp services, including real-money gameplay and withdrawals, Players must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the 177sp platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, using another person's details, or using different contact information — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances contained therein forfeited.
• Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your Account, including your legal full name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and payment method details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 177sp will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify [email protected] immediately if you suspect that your Account has been compromised.
• Account Closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the 177sp support team. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to KYC compliance and applicable withdrawal terms.

177sp reserves the right to decline any Account registration application without providing a reason, and to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable compliance obligation.

177sp accepts deposits from verified Players via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following deposit terms apply:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and Account tier. Current deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. 177sp is not responsible for processing delays caused by the payment provider.
• All funds deposited to 177sp must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the source payment method does not belong to the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• 177sp does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
• 177sp operates a zero-tolerance policy for money laundering. Any deposit activity that appears inconsistent with normal gaming behaviour will be flagged for review. 177sp cooperates fully with all applicable financial crime prevention obligations.

If a deposit is made in error or is disputed, you must contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours. 177sp will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Disputed deposits that have already been wagered are not eligible for reversal.

Verified Players may request the withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a mandatory KYC review prior to the first withdrawal being processed. Players are required to submit a valid Bangladesh National ID (NID), a selfie with the NID, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 2 hours of a verified request being approved during business hours. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 24 hours. 177sp does not guarantee any specific processing time.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, wherever operationally possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect Players from fraud.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied in accordance with the specific bonus terms.
• 177sp reserves the right to conduct additional security or fraud checks before approving any withdrawal request. During such a review, the relevant funds will be temporarily placed on hold. Players will be notified by email or WhatsApp if a review is initiated.

The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who hold a valid, verified 177sp Account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a specific Wagering Requirement, which must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. The exact requirement is stated in each individual offer's terms.
• During active bonus play, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum during a bonus period may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, regardless of whether the Wagering Requirement has been met.
• Bonuses are subject to validity periods. If the Wagering Requirement is not satisfied within the stated validity period, the bonus funds and any derived winnings will be automatically removed from your Account.

All games available on the 177sp platform — including live casino titles, slots, sports betting markets, and specialty games — are subject to individual game rules published by their respective providers, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by human dealers operating under live-play conditions. 177sp does not interfere with or manipulate game outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are determined at the time a bet is placed and accepted. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where an in-play cash-out feature is explicitly available and the Player initiates it in accordance with the applicable cash-out terms.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round or a live betting event, 177sp reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account balance. Void bets do not count toward Wagering Requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 177sp platform. Players found to have engaged in any of the following activities will have their Accounts immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the platform:

• Creating, using, or operating more than one Account on the 177sp platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to artificially influence game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 177sp platform or its games for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including structuring deposits and withdrawals to systematically extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund your Account.
• Engaging in any conduct that may constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity in connection with the 177sp platform.
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 177sp staff or other Players via the support channels or any other communication medium.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or withdrawal process.

177sp is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our obligations to Player welfare seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via Account settings. Once set, deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
